It is the brainchild of Bert Luxing who owns a website of the same name.I first met Bert Luxing along my travels some years ago. We have very similar interests and quickly become friends. After a while, he showed me his creation, "The Survival Fitness Plan". It wasn't much back then, but I could immediately see it was something I wanted to be a part of. Eventually, I convinced him to let me write some training manuals. This is the first of them. The Survival Fitness Bundle is the flagship training manual for the flight activities of the Survival Fitness Plan. It also covers daily health and fitness. The point of the Survival Fitness Plan is not to be a master in all the activities. Although this is possible, it takes a lot of training and most people will not have the time or motivation. Instead, the aim is to increase fitness and skill to an above average level (in comparison to the general population) in all of the activities. This will give you best overall chance of survival when in danger. The 5 activities are climbing, hiking, parkour, riding, and swimming. This is the bundle book for the Survival Fitness Series. This is a very interesting perspective. There are skill sets and ideas in here that I would have never thought about. Fitness isn't an easy thing for anyone as I'm learning daily but this book is truly a means of survival. Fury does a good job recognizing that fitness is something that we can survive with a little ideas and tweets of recommendation. Good read!

This is a great book. I was looking for a new workout routine and this one hit the nail on the head. I like that the author included a stretch routine in here, I think that's an often overlooked section for a book. Overall great book, I recommend it.

This book is must read for the one who are ready to work harder to be fit as said this book involves the 6 best bodyweight for physical and implementation is very easy with ease instructions. Kudos to Author.

I found this book to be a great overview of fitness. The authors base their information on medical literature, but distill it to a level useful to the general public. Definitely worth getting.

Book is well written and well laid, program is easy to follow, giving you exercise guides. I would recommend this book if you are dedicated to follow a total healthy lifestyle.

If you're gonna spend time on fitness, then you may as well do the activities that can help towards your survival i.e. if you need to 'run' away. This book basically just 'teaches' you the best way to train in these activities. Good easy instructions and pictures to follow also.

Good book geared toward the strength you need to survive bad situations. No pictures, but the illustrations make it clear.
